David Fraley received his B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, an M.A. degree in Missiology from Nazarene Theological Seminary, and has completed course work on a Doctorate in Religious Sciences from "La Faculte Protestante
de Theologie" in Aix-en-Provence, France.

Fraley and his wife, Carolita, are global missionaries with the Church of the
Nazarene (CoN), assigned to France. They have served on the field since
the beginning of their missionary service in 1979 and were one of the pioneer
missionary couples who opened the work of the CoN in that country. They
have pastored 4 newly-planted churches and helped in other church starts.

The Fraleys are presently living in Paris, France, where David is serving as
District Superintendant and directing the EuNC Learning Center. They have
three sons, John, Mark, and Matt, and four grandsons, all living in the US.
