Roberta Bustin received her B.A. in Chemistry from Lyon College (USA), her M.S. in Natural Science from the University of Arkansas and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Louisiana State University.
Roberta taught at Cave City High School for a year (Cave City, Arkansas). She was a professor at Lyon
College (Batesville, Arkansas) for 31 years. During those years she published several publications and extended abstracts. She worked for NASA for 15 summers and had several NASA research grants. In 1997, she became a volunteer missionary to Sighisoara, Romania where she currently resides and pastors both the Sighisoara and the Tigmandru Churches of the Nazarene.
Roberta has been honored by Lyon College with a Doctor of Humane Letters, and has received several Teaching Excellence awards and participated in various community service areas, particularly in science.
