Registration Information

TIME

The EuNC Leadership Conference 2011 starts on Monday, 17 January with the 19:30 (7:30 pm) service. The first meal will be served that evening at 18:00 (6:00 pm). The conference ends with the session on Thursday morning, 20 January. The last conference meal will be served at 12:30 pm. 

CONFERENCE PRICES

• € 130,00 per person: Multiple occupancy & sharing student room on campus
• € 170,00 per person: Double occupancy at private home or campus or guesthouse

Please let us know your preference (registration form). However, we cannot guarantee your choice, but we will confirm your reservations. The conference prices cover only the time from Monday (17 January) evening meal until Thursday (20 January) lunch. If you want to come earlier and/or stay longer (please, let us know on the registration form), there will be an additional charge.

Reimbursements are not possible.

During the conference dorm kitchens are not available for preparing food. All meals must be taken in the dining-hall. 

MEAL TIMES DURING CONFERENCE WEEK
 

The dining-hall is only open on designated days during the conference week.

CHILDREN

Since we have very limited room available and since we cannot provide childcare, we request that you not bring your children to the conference.

TRANSPORTATION

If you travel by plane, please take the train at the airport to Schaffhausen. You can arrange that with your travel agent before flying into Zürich. If you travel by train, please take the train to Schaffhausen (not Singen or other cities). Let us know when you arrive in Schaffhausen (registration form) and we will pick you up (it is important that you let us know with the registration form so that we can arrange the transportation).

You can register by printing out the registration form as an e-mail attachment or via fax. You can also send in your registration online.
