Equipped to Serve:

Christian ministry is serving people in the name of Christ. Jesus told his disciples that the leader must become like the servant (Luke 22:26). Therefore every leader in the church needs to know what it means to serve and needs to consider herself or himself as the servant of the servants of Christ.
