  • MIS1203: Vocation and Personal Ministry (3 ECTS) with Raquel Pereira,  3 June 2019 – 19 July 2019. Vocation and Personal Ministry is an introductory level course that exposes students to concepts of personal vocation, and it connects with the context of material presented in a previous course, God’s Mission and the Church. This course explores what it means to find a personal place of ministry and meaning within God’s plan and His Kingdom, given one’s gifts, abilities, and heritage. Theological and historical concepts of vocation will be explored, but this course is also largely a reflection on one’s own person-hood and an attempt to become more comfortable with one’s own unique potential contribution to God’s mission and the Church.
