Biography:

Cezarina Glendenning serves as the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Church of the Nazarene in the Central Europe Field, overseeing ministry across 14 countries. Originally from Albania, Cezi’s faith journey began in another religious tradition before she encountered the love of Christ through the influence of friends and the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. She holds an M.A. in Missional Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University and has served with her husband as a missionary in Germany, Hungary, and now Croatia. Passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and cross-cultural ministry, she is actively involved in supporting refugees, church planting, and compassionate ministries. Cezi speaks several languages and brings a deep love for connecting people across cultures to the transforming grace of God.
