From the participants to our Faculty Assembly we collect the following data:

Contact data: Name, Address, Phone, Email Address, Gender, Passport information - We need this data to contact you and for accommodations.
Additional data: We plan to have audio and/or video recording of the sessions for archival purposes.

This information is processed by us only in accordance with statutory requirements. The processing is based on Article 6 subsection 1 letter b GDPR. On the basis of Article 49 subsection 1 letter b GDPR the data will be transferred to third countries. Contact details and additional data are only used internal, not forwarded to third parties and stored in only as long as necessary.
